I develop leaders and key talent at all levels as a facilitator, executive coach, management consultant, and program designer.  

Over the last 15 years I have consulted in a range of industries including ASX20 organisations such as ANZ, Telstra and NAB, and in the public and NFP sectors.  I have now counted over 1000 hours of team and group workshop facilitation and training, and I am now certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Profile.  I also enjoyed leading the rollout of projects with significant complexity, and geographic spread with premium professional service firms such as Ernst and Young, RogenSi, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, Lighthouse and Blackdot. 

My sweet spot is to grow inspired, capable and well-connected visionaries who are prepared for 21st century leadership challenges and opportunities.

I am in the final stages of becoming an International Coaching Federation ACC accredited coach. 

I love yoga and living on the Surf Coast of Victoria for its beautiful beaches and wilderness.  I loves surfing (as a beginner!) for the learning process and the fun!

My driving force is to develop 'leaders for good'. My corporate and public sector experience has highlighted her raison d'être or purpose: to develop highly capable and switched on changemakers with an insatiable sense of purpose, vision, ethics, curiosity and influence that is directed to making tangible positive impact in business and society.
